With one BWR under my belt this year, San Marco, I was chomping at the bit to better my performance. I had a solid bit of training since round 1 and I was looking forward to testing out the feels. Unbound was still lingering in the legs of some of the racers, which was also working in my favor. Luck, on the other hand had other plans for me.
After a good start and making the front group, then getting dropped, I flatted. Then ready to rally, I flatted again.
Big thanks to the two people who helped me with hand pumps and extra tubes!
I ended up 16th still hungry for a better placing in the BWR overall.
