Thaaaank yooooou! This song is so fabulously good. All the hate Gustaph received is completely unacceptable and is quite honestly delusional. Just because your fave song didn’t win doesn’t mean that this song is bad… like seriously, listen to it… it’s a certified house bop. Plus Gustaph is an absolute shining light as a competitor… he was so supportive and enthusiastic… he’s going to be an excellent representative for Belgium. I have zero doubt this is going to qualify and everyone is going to be shocked.
Usually the contest has around 18 in each semi final but this year it look set to be less since 3 countries pulled out and we no longer have Russia or Belarus. So his chances of qualifying are higher than they would be in other years. Any other year and this is a certain non qualifier. This year it’s harder to say because there will probably only be 5 or 6 songs in each semi that don’t qualify, instead of the usual 8 or 9.
@@cultfiction3865 I’m sorry but I really do not see how or why so many people are counting this as a “certain non qualifier”… it reminds me of how people counted Moldova out last year and not only did it qualify, but it did very well in the finals and televote… people forget that Eurovision benefits from having a diverse range of sound and energy in the shows… to me, “Because of You” has a message and upbeat energy that is going to stand out and screams mass appeal… I mean it friggin won a very competitive national final and y’all still are not convinced that it has a chance? Plus we have no idea what other songs are going to be in the show, or what the final version sounds like, or what the staging looks like. Idk, to me, it’s very bold and egotistical to act like we know where any of the show is headed with such limited information in an extremely complex equation.
He already went 2 times to Eurovision as a backingvocal but had to stay behind the curtains. I love his sweet revenge to be on the stage AND the fact that he lets his backingvocals shine next to him!

Went into it blind not knowing anything about the participants and their music and somehow called it immediately.. Gustaph winning that is. even when we don't qualify for the finals, I think after 2 times going as a backvocal and now standing in his own spotlight, gustaph really deserves it to go to eurovision and I am so happy for him that his dream came true! Also would love it if they started voguing live on stage, I agree that it would make it even more better.

@@bramdams4893 Yes it's a shame that the singer receives so much hate, but on the other hand that the Belgian organization receives it seems totally normal to me because we learned that the votes had been "biased", which would surely have given a completely different result. This is the only real problem with this Final, in addition to the fact that Chérine is the one from whom Eurovision is withdrawn because of these refused votes. But I agree, he does not deserve the hate, but on the other hand, when we know that, I will say that Belgium does not deserve the Final in May because there was injustice and the organization does not care..

This song will have the same effect when Conchita wurst represented represented Austria at Eurovision Song Contest in 2014 And Austria won Eurovision Song Contest that year 12 points from France to our neighbors in Belgium

Yessss, i am from Belguim and verry happy with this song!!!! Hope top 5. But sometimes when i think the song is good, they go out in the semi final. But i am sure this time, top 5 in final. By the wy, good dance moves video maker.
