We’re incapable of unconditional love. That why God created dogs...To show us what it was all about. Not that we pay any attention... We should, however.🐾
@@lbccarpediem If we all took lessons from our dogs, people, & the world wouldn’t have hardly any of the problems that exist. That’s why they’ll have a place in God’s great heaven. That, & Jesus didn’t have to die for them. Just us wayward sinners. I’m looking so forward to His Perfection forever. With all my dogs & rescues. ❤🐾 Coming sooner than most think... Be Blessed by His Word & Truth in your heart in the New Year.🕊
@@jinka6171 Been there done that myself 💞 I can't stand to see a dog shivering in the cold or wilted from the heat. Have been asked to leave a few properties and been threatened with trespassing a few times. But 2 of the owners called me and offered me their dogs, so it was worth it. Good for you 💞💞
My beautiful senior Pug passed away in September. I just finished posting a Christmas tribute to him on IG and popped on RU-vid. This video was the first thing I clicked on and I believe it is a sign from my boy because you see, his name was Buddy. ❤️
This brought a tear to my eye. I have never understood why anyone would have a pet and leave it outdoors at all. They are a part of the family till the day they die. Keep them inside warm, cool and comfortable. They deserve that and so much more.
Bawling my eyes out…thankful so much for my adopted child as well as my adopted pets….and for the magic of Christmas. If you can do anything to help another innocent human or animal, please do. Blessings to all. PS-Thanks Santa 🎅
I recently adopted 2 fur babies..... Harley and Bailey.......i love them soo much...... couldn't stand the thought of them being alone and cold and hungry......all dogs deserve a good home and a loving person to take care of them♥️♥️♥️♥️
Take this with a grain of salt folks. While there are many many animals out there who need homes, don't adopt for the whole sake of "pets are presents". Too many of these end up back in shelters ( or on the street) after the recipient got tired of them. Adopt with the aim of adding to your family, for keeps. Thanks.
Good points! If it helps with the narrative, in the version in my head, Santa knew the kid's parents were okay with adopting a dog, and knew what THEY were doing here! After all, Santa has that special magic, right?
Absolutely. They're not presents: only gift a pet, if it's a precise request from the resonsible adult who's going to take care of it, at whatever the cost.
😭😭😭😭 I join everyone in prayer for every animal and human being to be loved and protected, blessed and cared for this season. Can’t stop crying you’re film touched me so deeply. Beautifully done with such heart Bless you ♥️🙏🏻❣️
Praying for all those under oppression and Tyranny. Jesus Christ the King of Kings and Lord of Lords was born so that we might have eternal life. He’s coming soon. Hold the li endear friends. Hold the line! Praying for our children that the enemy wants to destroy
Goldens are the most beautiful, loving animals on the planet. I know, I know…..we all have our favorites. I’ve had many animals of ALL types over my lifetime, but my Golden was the sweetest, kindest, gentlest dog I have ever owned. He had the most beautiful soul. When I got him from a breeder, he was actually for my son….who was I think12 at the time. There were about half a dozen puppies in the room and my son said to me, Mom….how do I choose? I said ….just sit down and play with them. Your puppy will choose you. After a half hour or so, one crawled up into his lap and instantly fell asleep. He said, I think I just got chosen! It was a beautiful relationship for the whole family.
So many dogs need that kind of love, and that kind hope for a new home… I hope Santa gives them the gift of a new home… and as I look at my two sleeping sleeping, warm and safe under the Christmas tree I’m thankful that I was able to give them home. They were both rescues and they are well deserving…. As is my cat also a rescue.
I like that they had an older dog and not a puppy. So many people want a puppy until they find out how much work it is or until it's no longer a puppy and then they dump it.
Thank you ,this gave me comfort😊 our beautiful dog died this Christmas season. Reminded me of how blessed we were to have him .I didn't fully understand what he did for my daughter until we lost him. This film helped me to see the importance of a pet and a child ! They are both so vulnerable and need each other 💞
My 14 yr. old dog passed peacefully the day before Thanksgiving. Cried so hard one day, texted my son looking for consolation. Two large bags of bird seed were delivered from Walmart at 7:30 p.m. in the pitch dark of winter. Already have suet outside, but now I can watch the birds and squirrels go at it including cardinals which are lucky for our family. Donated all pet goods to our animal shelter. Thank you for the bird seed Secret Santa. And thank you Santa. Warmed my heart via your furry friend Buddy!
@@beverlyw.8196 My brothers Golden, Sarge helped me through a painful divorce years ago. Our walks were so positive. I have been deep cleaning to keep busy creating a new environment. Gotta keep it clean. My furnace filters are $55. ea. if you buy bulk (4 min.). They were $33 a few years ago. Be good to yourself as you heal.
Oh no this made me cry! My wee dog is lying beside me on the bed legs in the air☺. She's a wee rescue only had 3 months and she's loved so much. Wish I could take more. Be good to your pets, they are family❤
I have watched so many adds about Christmas, and the short film about given the dog a new !I've with a family made me cry for the first time. At this time of the year for a long time,so season greetings to every one
I cried ALL the way through 😭😭😭!! Animal's love us unconditionally and all they want in return is to feel that same kind of love. So many unwanted unloved animals out there that it breaks my heart 💔😭! I wish I could take every one of them in they deserve a loving forever home!
Vielen Dank für diesen zauberhaften und gleichzeitig sehr nachdenklichen Kurzfilmen ! Hunde sind großartige und treue Begleiter des Menschen ! Sie werden oft nicht mit dem notwendigen Respekt behandelt ! Traurig!!!
I'd see those bumper stickers saying 'puppies aren't just for Christmas'. For decades I never 'got' the meaning because I was on the road working and didn't have pets. Then one day WHAM! it hit me deep into my heart and soul. My sister and I had to raise ourselves due to having a mom so mentally ill she couldn't function. So I got it BIG TIME... if you can't handle loving a pet from infancy to death best to leave to a loving somebody who can AND will. No animal should just 'be for Christmas'. No cats, dogs, rabbits, Guineas, fish, tarantulas etc My niece wanted a cat really bad. Her mom was a dog person...Jamie came over to Aunties house one day (as a little girl) and announced w a big, gleeful smile "My mom says I can have a cat as long as it lives over here with you. ( directly across the street) Pleeeaasseee" My sister has the guile of an attorney!!! Okay--- so Lo and Behold Aunt Lynn became a cat owner at age 36. At age 55 I slowly morphed into becoming a Crazy Cat Lady. Do not 'throw away' God's innocents thru neglect and abuse!
I gave my 2 year old daughter a golden retriever puppy for Christmas and we called her Cinnamin. They grew up together and Cinny never left her side. I have never known such a sweet. loving and kind animal. She was my daughter's best friend and taught my daughter many things. Everyone loved Cinny. Thank you for this lovely movie. It brought back so many happy memories. I will share this with my now 42 year old daughter. We have never forgotten our sweet Cinny.
Thank you Mr. Pratt....this was so beautiful and so touching..........from start to finish. And yes I cried. Love comes in many forms, especially from our 4 legged friends. God Bless and Merry Christmas! (Thinking of you Sonny...my beloved Golden) ❤ 🦮💚
30 yrs ago when I had a dozen Saints we had them dressed up as deer, hey could not cut 4 out, my sleigh and my bro in his elf costume and me as santa no padding. on a flatbed and a buddy of mine with his tractor took us to the childrens hospitals and nursing homes and boy i can still feel the warmth happiness and lots of tears of joy. Never forget Christmas is every day. Just one small kindness to another human down on their luck, makes all the difference and dont forget the homeless animals and shelter animals they need a nice helping of LOVE. God Bless you all and Keep HIS spirit alive and well every day Pax+
my stomach ached watching this and tears in my eyes. it is the best video I have seen and I have shared it. I wish for this miracle everyday for every animal that lives in such unbearable conditions. This video explains clearly my dedication and advocacy for animal welfare. Please join me in sharing this video hoping to make this world a better place for animals. If only one person changes the way they treat a pet for the better, its one life saved. An animal feels the cold and hunger and abuse as a human. (How many people notice what is important to this pet owner and what is not?)
Santa brings a homeless dog to a boy. That's beautiful! Thank you...every dog deserves a wonderful home and I think this one just found one. I wish all animal/dog lovers a chance at finding one🐕❤
I cried when I saw this video! I just wanted to hug that dog. I loved this video, it's going in my likes, so I can watch it every Christmas (& throughout the year!)
Beautiful....I just lost my loved Corgi Nook on 30 November 2022....She crossed the stars and waits for me at The Rainbow Bridge...someday we will meet again on some sunny day...Until then...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year...May the Lord's Blessing of Peace, Joy and Happiness be with you and your Family and Pets, May his Grace and Glory Surround you and your Family and pets throughout the Coming New Year..
This really gets me. A little over13 years ago my sons came to me and said all they wanted for Christmas was a dog. I searched and searched the shelter and online but couldn't find one that was right for our family and in budget, so I couldn't make it happen. Then a friend of one of my son's was visiting the local shelter and saw a puppy she couldn't leave behind. I knew as soon as I saw that dog that she was our dog. The friend couldn't talk her parents into keeping the dog - they already had 4 - and we got the her. Right after Christmas. BEST DOG EVER, still with us.
Anyone who can or do leave their pet outside all yr round especially in winter, DO Not deserve that pet. What a sad but lovely little film and when the dog went up and put his paws in Santa's hands, well that was too adorable and touched my heart.
IF ONLY. If only the shelters were empty, and no creature was left behind. If only they knew compassion...love from human kind. If only a sweet precious life, knew love beyond compare. If only...if only...if only...someone was there. ❤
So heart warming. I am a big believer if you own a pet it belongs in the house with the family. Not stuck out in the elements in a dog house. Our furry little friends need and want interaction with their owners. I do believe.
