Really interesting results regarding total damage on different marches. I use never/joan and huo/william. Nev march has the best gear but my huo march deals more damage. The gear I have on huo march only has two epics which is the weapon and pants. My thinking is that only huo has defence so I use epic weapon to help with tankiness. I wanted William with huo so the def and rage buff to marches can cast faster. I think I’ll use huo/joan for altars this time around.

I guess it is hard to account for the extra damage other marches would do to Beli's swarmed target. Assuming you 5x surround, your 4 other marches would do an extra 12% damage, and other random AoE hits in murder balls would do an extra 12% to the target too. Would it be fair to say the 12% debuff could make up that DPS difference when Joan/William are hitting 5 targets?

Hey Omni, that's not the only thing that has changed a little bit from the skills: on the rok table in game it said if the target is below 80% you deal 30% more skill dmg, but in the video it said if the target is below 80% you deal 30% more skill dmg TO THE TARGET. It's not that big of a deal for Beli, however if you wanted to pair him with an aoe commander you should keep that in mind

For cavalry, Huo/Nevsky was the prime duelling pair before - it would be interesting to see the duel results between Huo/Beli (maybe also Nev/Beli) and Huo/Nev.

Might use Beli in support March but with a lot of other options I don’t know if it’s worth it as I already started working on engineering commanders (more KP) .. Thanks for the reports👍🏻

I’m curious… if five individual Beli marches swarmed a flag, would the target take 5 x 12% all damage? That would be absolutely brutal and make investing in him up there with Hermann for stacking debuffs.

Probably not. I would assume this will work the same way minamoto does which people have tried to do which is that the debuff is a debuff so with 3/5/7/9 marches it won't matter how many Belisarius there are the "effect" is applied but will not stack.

One of the reasons to split Huo and William is that they both have march speed reduction from their active skills, so they won't stack. Ideally, you want to benefit from the march speed reduction from both commanders so that it will be easier for your slower marches to hit the enemy marches if they decide to pull out their troops. CHEERS!🥂 You are my favorite theorycrafting youtuber. As a cav main who is running 3-4 Cav Marches on the field I really enjoyed the commander pairing part. What do you think ? Will smite be reserved for infantry ? I can't imagine a way to balance some heavy smiting cav commander paired with Attila out. Currently I am considering to max my Liu Che for the solely purpose of pairing him up in the kvk mode were artifacts can be chosen.

@OmniarchOfficial hey buddy, I have an idea for a video, if you're looking for material one day. I know this has been debated a lot, and you've even mentioned it it a few times before, but I've seen no real testing on it. I'd like to see a video with some simulator results or duel results of huo 5555 compared to huo expert. Duels would be better, but I reckon would have to be naked marches for conclusive results. It's my theory that expertise is better. Sure, rage reset sucks, but most the troops you attack in a ball flee before they die anyway, so reset is infrequent. Coupled that with the lower rage cost for 15 seconds from the same skill that resets the rage, it seems like a wash to me. Leaving just the other benefits of the expertise. But again, this is just how I think on it. Would be great to see some actual testing of some sort

to be frank even if the garison commander is good for open field that just means if its better than william youll replace william with her and still ignore beli prime most likely if shes not youll skip this release entirely unless mby you run 3 cav but even then im not sure beli is worth 700 skulps. I personally will stop fielding thripple cav so ill most likely skip him unless his performance will for some reason be insane once hes out.

Boudica and Zhuge liang shred off the debuffs and ZL also deal damage when he do so,, so both perfectly counter the rage debuff // and because huo fires his skill fast that make ganyu silence not working also decrease his rage so it delayed more so no silence at all thats why guan pair so bad

Beli's primary skill makes him pretty obviously goon in a 1v1 duel due to slowing the enemy skill cycle. this is magnified against fast cycle commanders like huo. this effect does a lot less in real world field fighting because youre never jsut slaming a bunch of skill cycles into each other. i do think mhe might be a thing for rally because of this though, but his absurdly low stats may just make it not viable. Overall his duel results are worse than Huo/Nevsky do against those pairs tbh.
