So lost and confuse. When and how did this happened? It kind of came out of no where, wow, I mean I'm happy for them though because this huge so no Bellarke but we do get Beliza. I wish them all happiness.

That moment was last summer. They weren't together yet and in fact were both still in their previous relationships. Eliza had a brief relationship with William Miller last year (ended around Christmas), and Bob was with Arryn Zech for a few years (ended sometime in January). I think it was more so about the fact that they both had feelings for each other and hadn't told each other yet or broken up with their partners, so the question made him uncomfortable (because he had feelings for her and she didn't know). But even though they weren't together yet, it is obvious in their body language how they felt about each other. That said, some of the more recent footage in the video from this year, like at Conageddon, is actually from when they were already together in secret. Also (and these are only rumours, not confirmed) it's been believed by some for a long time that they had a history before either of those relationships that didn't work out. I think the general speculation about it is that Eliza ended it for whatever reason, whether it was insecurity, not being ready for something serious, or whatever. So eventually Bob moved on and started seeing someone else (see some of the songs she's written, "Song for Someone Else" and "I Need You" - they fit the speculated timeline of all this.) But they remained close friends, and apparently, the feelings never went away on either side and now they've found their way back to each other. That's probably why their relationship progressed so quickly (got together around February, married on May 6th) - it makes sense because they've been best friends for years, and even more sense if they did have a previous history that got a bit detoured.

Eliza & William broke up around Christmas; Bob & Arryn in January, and this is around the time when they were finishing filming season 6. Bob and Eliza got together not long after that.

Oh there were definitely fans that had an idea it was happening. You'd have to have been deep into stan Twitter to have known though. These stans are like full time detectives about it. And the clues they were together just kept piling up over the past few months. Eliza broke up with William around Christmas. Bob & Eliza seem to have been together since February/March, and they married in early May. But they were best friends for years before that, and it seems like they may have possibly (unconfirmed) had a previous history which didn't work out, even before they got into their most recent other relationships (William & Arryn.) But their feelings for each other never went away. That is possibly why the relationship progressed so quickly.

@@coolbeans8776 Someone else might be able to answer this better.. it's a number of things that could hint to it, but also maybe don't. I did find it interesting something I just saw today though.. Bob did a con with the actor who played Finn a couple years back, and they were asked about both of their characters having kissing scenes with Lindsay. Thomas (Finn) brought up Eliza and how she approaches kissing scenes. Bob said "I wouldn't know", which was met with Thomas staring at him in silence and then some awkwardness and laughing. Knowing now that they got married within a short time (not that people don't do that.. and no judgement) I do buy into the theory that they had something going on in the early seasons.
