Had my iPhone since launch and just dropped it in a car park slipped out my baggy shorts pocket, the screen protector did its job very well small damage to the bottom right and few egg shell like cracks coming off that area. I’ll probably just buy this one again nice and easy to install.
@@samed161 this happens with cheap screen protectors, face ID works flawlessly on notch screen protectors. Expect face id to work slower on full-coverage ones.
I tried the installation but caught dust just before I applied it. My advice get it done by professionals. Next time I will definitely get it done at the Apple store.
Bought this Screenforce Ultra Glass screen protector for iPhone 12 Pro Max and after couple of days started to chip the edges and created bubbles all over the edges and the screen protector doesn’t have Oleophobic coating in it, contacted Belkin they refused to give me a replacement... very poor after sales customer support.
Does anyone have a "rainbow effect" on the edge of the screen protector? I get it on the bottom edge when I look my phone at an angle on a white background.
Yes, in my case I notice it in the lateral edges, so annoying. Finally I bought a new one in Amazon edge to edge and protecting the notch also. No point having a flat screen this protector, honestly. 35€ went to the bin.
Got this am disappointed, the alignment tray doesn’t align it perfectly, doesn’t go edge to edge and doesn’t cover the notch... quite poor for the price IMO, have ordered an ESR one pack of 3 for £17

@@TheSuper10dulkar what is “outside”? Haha jk. Just applied the clear version. My review, the glass itself feels awesome. Smooth , clear , finger oil resistant for now. Touch response still excellent. However the glass is cut to precisely cover the oled panel, 0% coverage on bevels. Therefore the edges are square and very unpleasant swipe over. For $40 I expected better in this regard. Also since the cut is so precise, there is absolutely no room for error.
While I don’t have this screen protector, it does not appear that it goes to the very edges of the phone, but instead stops where the screen does. Therefore, I think it is safe to assume that it will play nicely with any case including the leather one.
35€ went to the bin. Seriously Belkin? What’s the point having a flat screen to not cover Eddie to edge and the notch also. I had also an annoying rainbow effect in the sides. Very disappointed with this protector. I got a new one much cheaper in Amazon that covers everything
Why the hell would you spend a 40 bucks for a screen protector not protecting the actual notch and it’s not even from edge to edge. At least buy a slightly bigger screen protector that fully protects the whole front of the iPhone.
@@dano_leno so for myself, I would not considering using one like that. I prefer the entire notch be exposed. The reason is that I’ve used ones with just a camera cutout in the past and wiping and cleaning the camera before each photo is more difficult. The little cutout fills with dirt and is more difficult to get into. In the summer, I’ve also experienced glue residue getting in there on hot days. So no, that isn’t a better option for people who want the camera uncovered.
@@therockysafari4302 Yeah I guess that makes sense, but what about a plastic bar above the notch incase your phone lands on the ground on the notch side?
@@dano_leno I mean, you can make a case for the extra risk but I’m not too worried. You’re also talking to someone who hasn’t/doesn’t use phone cases on my iPhones including my 12 Pro Max
