You're absolutely right! The V-280 can indeed fly at an altitude of 15,000 feet. The 6,000 feet we mentioned in the video refers to its maximum service ceiling, which is the altitude where the aircraft, with a normal load, can no longer climb faster than 100 feet per minute under standard air conditions. We apologize for the mistake, and thank you for catching that!
❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥11 Bravo Infantry, 101 st Air Assault, two deployments to Bagdad Iraq. I love it. I've been out of the Army going on 4 years now and I deployed to Bagdad Iraq two times and the Uh 60 Black Hawk helicopter flu us into combat and came and got us out dead or alive. I love the V 280 Valor, plus self deployable!!!!, Medivac, when designing something you have to be smart I love it, faster than the black hawk, flying up to 6,000 feet 🤟🏋️🤟🤯🤾🤺🏌️🦸🙌 I love it.
A smaller version of the Osprey...lol. There are those that say the Osprey is dangerous, as any aircraft is dangerous. The highest accident and fatality record goes to the Blackhawk, and no one screams about that. Many aircraft in the inventory have crash records, as there is no guarantee when flying aircraft, things can go wrong. I would say more so it's the training that's a failure. It looks like a Cessna with Osprey wings...lol Budget development among the branches is a joke, not to mention most projects run way over time completion. Recruiting and manufacturing are extremely low, there's nothing good about any of this altogether, it's just a combination of absolute failures from every direction from the top to the very bottom.
@andrewreynolds4949 , ,Of course, it was...lol This flying piece of shit! Everyone screams their head off about the Osprey, and then comes up with a smaller version that looks like absolute shit!...lol These are probably the same guys who want to turn to retool a farming aircraft for strikes to replace the A-10. "Dusty Crophopper... Rolling in hot!!" You can't make this shit up!! Development is a joke, recruiting is a joke. Do you know the definition of insanity?? It's to do incredibly stupid shit, over and over again and expect the same results.
@@Christopher-li6gg Do you know how engineering development works? It's an iterative process, building on previous work to improve it. The V-22 is only a 2nd-generation tiltrotor; It has massive performance advantages over existing aircraft capabilities, which is what has driven the hype, but it does have issues. The V-280 is the third generation of tiltrotor aircraft, and they've had plenty of time to examine the problems. Along with fixing the engines in place, the requirements for the V-280 mean they've dispensed with the rotating wing, which I suspect is the root cause for most of the design issues on the V-22. The V-280 still has 6 prototypes to go through before it reaches service production, it's absolutely not ready yet. But the next one starts intensive army testing next year, and I'm very excited to see how it performs. The actual plan to replace the A-10's role is a combination of helicopters like the Apache, and strike drones as seen in Ukraine. The A-10 is outdated enough now that a cropduster wouldn't be that much of a downgrade, but it's not worth actually spending money on...
@andrewreynolds4949 Yes, I understand engineering, as I don't need your ongoing explanation, as I understand why. I know the position of the V-280 and its development, I just said it looks like a pile of absolute shit!! The Defiant was a much better choice, but as the Pentagon marches on, they choose the worst piece of crap possible, as they always do,. The Pentagon being the biggest joke of all. Pumping out crap, just so they can say, look how cutting edge this is?? lmfao... The F-35 has an extremely poor reliability rate, as aircrews don't have the ability to fix the aircraft when they break. As the F-35 also has technology and hardware issues, in keeping the aircraft upgrades. Oh.... Then let's not forget most pilots aren't even trained in close air support. As far as the A-10, it's still a reliable aircraft, the only reason the Air Force wants it gone is so they can put their money behind the garbage that they are pumping out now. There's also the fact that the Air Force is short by two thousand pilots, I'm sure they will find a way to screw that up as well, and make it worse.
@@n3v3rforgott3n9, typical manipulations. Speed - ok. But range of helicopters are very wide. S-92 has around 1000 km against 1600-1700 V-22. And S-92 is very safe and much cheaper. And now the question is - what for we need the range 1700 km?
@@antonkirov1923 You can't even get the numbers correct... not only is the S-92 not a light utility aircraft but the Valor has a ferry range of 3900 KM. Also the S-92 New is 32 mil... Almost like you can do a full combat load into Taiwan from multiple locations or into Korea from Japan and so on. Range is a MASSIVE factor in logistics and troop movement.
