I remember stumbling upon a busker playing this in central Glasgow and couldn't get enough of it. Fifteen years in, still loving this

Belle and Sebastian are a bunch of weirdos writing songs for another bunch of weirdos and they made me feel like I was not alone in the world. They will be my favorite band forever.

This song is just so good. I played it over and over again about 14 years ago and now that I’m into mixing, it’s my new reference track.

They played it at their latest show in Donostia ❤

i used to listen to belle and Sebastian a lot when was growing up and this song gave me confort and something that i could relate with. now i kinda miss those days. i will always be thanful to you guys, your music helped me so much

Brilliant lyrics , tells a story

a college lecturer played this before a class and said much to everyone's confusion "this song will teach you more than I can ever do"...it wasnt a song or band I knew well so wasnt on his wavelength but got there a few years later when I eventually got into the band.

The first song I've heard from Belle and Sebastian. Good memories. Not my favourite, but certainly in my B&S top 10. A great tune.
