In honour of mental health awareness day with #bellletstalk, I wanted to open up the conversation and share a more intimate side of me that not many people know about.
Over the last year, I’ve become much more aware of my struggles and have worked tirelessly to decipher how to not only overcome them, but also to constantly be protecting my mental health.
This was incredibly difficult to share, and for a lot of you who know me, I am an incredibly strong human, but even the strongest have their battles.
You are a light.
You are loved.
You are worth.
And you are never alone.
