Here is a tip. Do not point and pick up a bead it gets stick in the board and you have to use your finger to roll up the needle and often times they fall off. So this is what you do. You point the needle at the bead do not go into the board and roll the bead left or right and it slides up on to the needle. This saves so much time picking up beads.
