- Tote handles can't be stowed away
- Main compartment gets crowded
- Not great ventilation with that back panel

It’s actually one of the most comfy backpack. Surprisingly so. It just sits very nicely on my back. I think because of it’s ergonomic etc, despite not having that much cushion. I’ve tried a few AER. They are well-cushioned for sure, but somehow they are not that comfy for me.

Personally I find the light padding and thin straps on Bellroy bags to be very comfy for my body type, everyone's different but i agree!

I have this and it is super comfortable, I also wish it would open more but I love the water bottle compartments (also use them to store my glasses cases, umbrella…). I carry my work laptop there without a sleeve and didn’t had an issue. But for summer I am switching to an alpaka metro backpack which is 8L less but everything I carry also fits there with space to spare.

Agreed the access to the main compartment is not my favorite, but it's a great bag! I as well have been using the Alpaka Metro backpack and i loveeee it!

I have been hearing this a lot I do agree. Have you tried the Bellroy Melbourne? Or even the Aer Pro Pack?

Your title includes “Best Female Work Bag” which suggests either the bag has a gender or the company designed it for females only. Both of those things are incorrect. It may be a good bag for females but it’s not a female work bag. Check yourself.

Interesting take. This is Gear for the Girls so I am trying to help find the best backpacks for females..hence why I put it in the title. But thank you for expressing how you feel :)
