It fits if it’s empty, once you start to put thing in, it fit very tight….poor design from Bellroy for a 9L. The 10L doesn’t help much either.

After watching COUNTLESS videos of this bag, you're the FIRST to just PULL it INSIDE OUT to showcase the pockets inside rather than struggling to angle it on the camera. It shows every single detail in the interior too -including that bellroy tag on its interior base!
