At Coco's Italian Market, we do the guided tours to Italy 6 times a year and I set my phone alarm for 11:55 am to remind me to record the noon time local bells. So if it's possible I tell my travelers to get ready to record, it's a lot of fun as we all try to find the ideal vantage point to make the best video possible.
These bells not only mark the passage of time but they've been here for hundreds of years and hopefully be there for hundreds more.
To me, the bells are a living testament to the soul and beauty that resonates through the cities and villages across the Italian landscape. It's just so unique and one of the many reasons I never get tired of visiting Italy.
