23. Buy FISH and ONLY make Fish Stew for its buff. 24. Change NAMES of Storage to reflect its content (Like "Tool Shed", or "Ore"). 25. Put all blue books in one storage and higher books in personal storage. This lets you grab a LOT of books and remotely get them reading... then put unused books back. 26. Keep that SMOKER running MUSHROOMS ONLY! Collect a massive amount with Army. 27. Build several logging camps with a tent and storage.. near a tin or copper, so 1 mines and one collects logs and wood. 28. Stock up on tools early game.. you will use em. Everyone should have an axe or two. 29. Mace is the best early game weapon. It just hits the hardest with the lowest strength. 30. Dont have to research EVERYTHING... especially Tier 1. 31. Dont hire Villagers with negative traits... no need to.. no traits is better than ANY bad traits. 32. Get the beggars early game and use them to mine. Replace them when you get 12 villagers. 33. One more... use "Companion" mode to interrupt their last "idea"... if one is stuck and its night, companion him then release him... or after changing storage options, form an all person army and then release it. This should help prevent a few headaches. Also turn OFF storage and buildings when not in use... build storage and then turn it off if you are not going to set it. Overall, LEARN how to create outposts early game and how to store the right stuff CLOSEST to where it will be used. Cooking area should include storage that ONLY allows whats used for cooking... garlic, sage, a water source, mushrooms and berries with fish and small meat at Tier 1. Turn OFF the smokers ability to smoke fish, you want the stew. Small things like this allows the camp to run itself while you take raid parties.. much more fun!
