So, baby girl did roll to the position that the doula was hoping for this morning finally. I'm not getting as many contractions today and they are much shorter but intense when they do hit.
I'm hoping that the Miles Circuit and other work I did yesterday really helped in getting her in a position that treats my body better (already seems to be 🤞🏼)
I'm using a @lennylamb wrap to help support my belly and see if it continues to help my body in these last days (or less would be nice!)
My belly feels so much larger with the way she moved, hopefully that's another good thing and she's sitting ready to come out in the easiest way possible!!
