@@TP-pn9nw yeah all those artists are whack as fuck, but then again, i grew up in the 05 era of the scene. im just saying there are a lot of great bands out there, just have to know where to look.
Nice easter eggs from the Self Titled Album! 00:58 - Cobra 01:27 - Eagle, seems to be the wing on the far right side of the album cover 02:06 - Tiger 02:34 - Dragon
This definitely isn't pop punk. Their songs have the happy vibe of pop punk but with a metalcore tuning with prog influences. Top gun (from the top) is a good example of this.
not tryna sound like the typical bot comments but me and my girl broke up after a 3 and half year relationship and this shit has been on repeat along with their entire discography. Nothing like these guys, gets you out of any funk youre in almost immediately.
@@groovyme12 even through the dumb shit in life ya boy is still blessed, my situation is only minor and temporary and will pass. You guys keep killing it though man!
At three hours old! I’m still bummed about Sam and hope that can get worked out among y’all dudes but love either way. Special band.. found you guys on accident in 2017 and me and an ex girlfriend I was living with had soooo much fun blasting you guys. Summer 2017 was all Belmont and Dance Gavin Dance for us.
these guys evolved so much and no doubt Their sound now is more solid and more versatile than their previous stuff. please never stop making music guys! love y'all to death.
Thank you personally to the boys in Belmont and Marc Okubo from Veil of Maya for being the inspiration for me to pick up a guitar again. You saved my life and I'll always be grateful
The first song I heard from Belmont. Straight to the top best songs of all time. This song hit me spiritually. Thank you for making this for yourselves and us.
why does this only have 28k views? It's an absolute banger! thank you guys for putting out great music. I feel that you guys have a fantastic sound for this genre. Thanks again and keep up the awesome work!
Some may disagree but this is the kinda shit that in my opinion, puts Belmont at the top of the pop punk game right now. I really like that they're using the electronic influences to enhance/compliment their existing sound instead of trying to change the sound altogether.
Make me think of the old days when video games were badass in our eyes. Then we kept getting older and graphics changed and ppl can care less about the past that we lived and appreciated.
First time listening to Belmont today, just needed something completely fresh I didn't know and random-picked 'Bowser's Mixtape', it was just... the 8bit-styled front cover and that those guys covered A7X and Justin Bieber's latest tik-tok viral stunt on the same EP, or, mixtape I guess - which embraces the genre-crossing again by just calling it that. Really, didn't expect this to hit half as hard or close to home as it did in the first 20 seconds, after that first hook I was THREWN - AND ALso blewn off, because I felt that last line getting me WAY MORE than any single person seemed to do for months now. I'll spin this release some more now, that Nightmare cover is quite TRVE to the original and does Synyster and the REV enough justice. I'm really eager to get more into their (for now, quite approachable) discography but also anxious it doesn't hold up with those couple songs of which one is a jockjam punk goes pop cover in it's truest form. ALSOOOOOO this video has QUITE the heavy SVMF.vibes. :)
