At Atomic on Monday before the tourney a couple guys were playing the Betty mirror and it looked like one of em was about to win on their next turn until the other guy played 3 characters in a defensive turn with the 3c event and two triggers lmao

Bello Betty is pretty good but it’s a glass cannon that can shatter so quickly without a good defense

(Spoiler alert for the video.) Not a huge fan of the belo plays in this game. Ive been playing her myself, and i think this game was winnable. My suggested misplays are as follows: 1st, since emporio was searched off belo, we knew that emporio was coming down on turn 2. Belo should have taken the first hit to fish for a trigger, so that when she used her ability on the next turn, she could buff 3 characters and swing two of them. As stands, with that block, i would not have used belo bettys effect on turn two just to play a character. Finally, on the last turn, i think the swings should have gone slightly differently... Probably should have tried to fish for queen blocks by swinging 5ks earlier. Probably could have survived the following turn if the blocks were pulled out earlier, then killed on the following turn. That being said this game went pretty poorly for the belo betty player. The paulie and double queen turns were brutal. The lindbergh back with koala was quite strong as well. All around an interesting match with two very high power draws.
