Always waiting for a new video from you larrat.. you are the champ , you are my inspiration , you are my mentor , i train myself on home everyday since i start watching you , Greetings from greece and respect bro , you are STRONG!
Hey Devon, I don't armwrestle but have recently started following the sport and I'm now 'hooked'. I just wanted to say that I find your attitude and achievements very inspirational.
Yes Devon...can't say how grateful for this video I am. I've such an interest in arm wrestling but there's absolutely nothing in the area I live. Not a gym head either so grateful you just showing the basic training. You're the best!
I remember being your age, dude, your biceps are crazy you rip them to shreds then you let them rest you rip them to shreds then you let them rest. I would hate for you to choke me, my elbows are so inflamed I can’t even pick my nose and eat it without it hurting. Time to get back in shape, God bless you brother you’re the best.
No limits Laratt. Devon man you got guile you got game and you light up the arena. I personally get hyped as a puppy easily the most exciting puller on earth
Who would click thumbs down on FREE training tips from a Legend and arguably best to ever do it (GOAT to me)? Smh lol. Awesome advice and insight Devon!
Actually in real life it is the opposite Russians usually have to resort to simple training routine with free weights and stuff like that while American athletes have all that technically advanced equipment and PEDs. For example Vitaly Laletin doesn't even have his own pulley station, he uses rubber resistance bands instead plus rubber hand grip rings and kettlebells to pump his fingers, wrists and hands.
Hell yeah. I used to do this in highschool with a duffle bag. Couldn't afford weights because I spent what little money I had on pot. Handstand up against a wall and doing slow push-ups works really good for stamina.
Don't know why Todd keeps looking for gum stuck under the table hmm what a wierd guy. Devon you are always gonna be number 1 show Todd what a real warrior is. Your the best .
Hi Devon its great that you are doing more videos, you should do your daily blog. Also do you sell any merchandise? i would love to buy one t-shirt of yours or something. Greetings from Poland.
I haven't watched this Todd thing yet... I knew it's gonna be ugly, but be prepared for Denis. I like him. I like you too. Let the best man win, and let it be you! Good luck.
Devon why you dont make multispiner with two point attachments? Just for mega hook power. I like multispinner and I train with it but I destroy my hook flexion the most with two point attacment multispinner. I think that you would pull 200-225 with that handle!
Ever any discussion/vlog on what food/supplements/steroids are consumed by yourself, or pro arm wrestlers in general? Would be interested to see/hear about it.
Devon, are toproll, pronation, hook, side pressure etc type movememts with the cables, belts etc. better to increase ur arm wrestling strength Or is wrist curls, preacher curls etc better?
Nice Shirt. Haha Im gonna assume you like using the "Herb" eh Devon? Would not surprise me considering you are from Vancouver Island. I actually was also born in Victoria. My father still loves out there. The rest of my family are in Southwestern Ontario. Cheers.
I saw very old arm wrestlers use motorcycle tubes...in the time rubber bands didn't ven exist (didn't even exists computers and cell phones) Tip: I use a sponge wrapped with a towel to make a fat grip
Hey Devon great stuff. I was wondering if there's any chance you could talk about how to actually get into a hook or a press. I compete in WAF and it feels like if I don't do a post top roll or whatever I just end up having to chase to try and drag them back as everyone is doing post top roll. I'm kind of starting to get it but there's no video of this anywhere, it's just how to do stuff whilst you're already there you know, not how to actually get to different places from the ready go when people is fast and you're not allowed to have any pressure in the setup
Canada is where it's at. Well not the high taxes and greedy govt with the high utilities and gas prices and everything else but canada has produced some real top athletes.
I'm a huge Larratt fan, honestly my favorite arm wrestler. Honest question though, how is it possible for a man like Larratt to beat Cyplenkov/Tsiplenkov that also trains as much as Larratt does for arm wrestling, but yet Denis looks much bigger and stronger? If both of there techniques are good, isin't it supposed to be an easy roll over for Denis? No hate on Devon though!! Still a No Limits fan for life.
