Beautiful Craftsmanship of the model

For those that are unaware, the germans couldn't match the production of the 150mm Hummel gun with the production of the vehicle. To make use of all the vehicles, some had the 105mm from the Wespe installed (like this model), others were sent to units without any gun installed, to be used as ammo carriers in the short term, and if another vehicle became damaged the gun would be moved from the damaged unit into the ammo carrier. (Dragon also did a model of the ammo carrier).

Why are the range finding poles still on the back of the tank if it's been abandoned for so long?

I feel so bad,i have dragon Nashorn premium kit and Hummel with 'ostketten' unpainted.Have you seen the new 'OSTERKOMPASS' for King tiger turret?on Rochm model's website.And you can find loads of Detail's and add on equipment rarely shown or made by other PE companies.They are historically fanatic and accurate.Museum level accuracy.Its a must see.A cup of cofffee and half an hour..

Hallo Thomas mein Freund. Wiedermal eine sehr interessante bemalungs Technik. Die Alterung sieht Spitze aus und lässt schon erahnen, das die Artillerie schon länger im Feld stand. Ich bin schon auf dein Diorama und die Geschichte dazu gespannt. Einen Tipp hätte ich noch für dich. Ich benutze zum verformen von Kunststoffteilen, einen Lötkolben oder Brenneisen. Damit lässt sich die Temperatur viel besser regulieren als mit einem Feuerzeug und die Teile schmelzen dann nicht so schnell. Grüße der Ben.

Wespe and hummel are 2 entirely different spa's, wespe is on a panzer 2 chasis, and the hummel is on panzer 4 chassis.

Du hättest auch eine Pfütze in den ,,Fußraum" machen können, hätte ich auch cool gefunden
