I think vibrating plates leading into the crusher may help.

Why do you dredge out the corners? They have to be filled up again anyway so that the slope is there again. A structure would have to be used as a funnel or chute that goes to the cone crusher🤑, what do you want to clean here?🤣🤣🤣🤣😎

I find the people watching funny!! They all feel the need to direct the operator to what he is doing. Do they not know he is not watching them but watching the bucket? Do they not know that he has done this before? And everyone has a different direction at same time!!!

looks like the hopper has a flat bottom. how are the first truckloads of ore supposed to get to the hole?

flat is justice XD - but for real, this loose material on the flat ground builds up a natural slope and prevent excessive shocks from the heavy rocks. So you not have to maintain wearout and damaged slopeplates like in other crusher sites, who has a build in slope.

I get a kick out of watching quarry “operators” working around stuff. So amusing how slow and scared they are when they have work around stuff that’s has to stay. Clowns
