That being said, Adventure Time and Steven Universe are wonderful cartoons and the only thing good that CN has given us that they haven't tried to kill in secret.

Unfortunately true. The rare amount of action cartoons nowadays are treated poorly to make way for things like Teen Titans Go and Uncle Grandpa, which really isn't fair. *sigh*

Not that all non-action cartoons are bad. Just started watching Star vs the Forces of Evil and I fell in love with that. There are cartoons that are gems in a class of their own, but they're few and far between.

First Transformers RID, then Powerpuff Girls, now Ben 10. Give it another year and they'll kiddie-fy Generator Rex to.

Plot driven cartoons today are Trollhunters, Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Voltron Legendary Defenders, Adventure Time, Regular Show, and even Star vs. the Forces of Evil. These cartoons (along with some others I didn't mention), also teach life lessons as well. Have you seen any of these?

Yeah we don't like the reboot. I was born not long before the original came out and it was MY favourite show for years until the later lackluster series came out like Omniverse and the Reboot, by the way I didn't hate Omniverse I just didn't like it like the older shows which had awesome plotlines like the Ghostfreak storyline when he escaped and recruited a freaking werewolf, mummy and Frankenstein's Monster to help him kill the Earth and take over.

MysterySeeker I was born right when CN had that 8/9 pm timeslot where it would show Tom and Jerry and then Ben 10. It was one of my favourite shows. In fact, it was probably one of the second show I ever watched (the first being Tom and jerry). Ben 10 classic was really awesome. Ben 10 alien force was really cool too. Everyone really hates Alien force season 3 but my young naive mind thought it was really cool because of the new designs if Gwen and Kevin. Ben 10 ultimate was cool too just because it had ultimate aliens ( Shut up I was like 6). Ben 10 omniverse came out and I didn't really like it at first but after watching a few episodes I started to like it. I didn't even know about the reboot because I stopped watching TV at 2016/17.

@@Flome810 what made ripjaws a fan favourite was because of his huge weakness, every other alien was more or less safe to turn into regardless of environment but ripjaws made it so every time he mistransformed there was a chance he'd be in big trouble. What made it even better was in the rare instances he was useful it was a no brainer when it came to choosing what alien to go.

kira64 "Good" is subjective, but it's definitely worth looking into, at least from what I've seen. It may be lighthearted and nowhere near as in depth as Justice League/Unlimited, but it's also not trying to be random stupidity. The heroes still feel in character(aside from a few small quirks here and there), the villains are actually fairly threatening(with familiar faces if your well versed in DC), and the comedic aspects just...seem to work(though you don't really watch this show to laugh).

But it's the weird facial expression they make if they're mad or when they scream orbyell. And flailing, extending arms and legs. But if you ever noticed that in the PPG reboot that the background characters look a bit...Steven Universe-like. Like they tried to make the characters look like the originals....except they made Utoniums head smoother instead of sharp. And I've seen a clip of where Bubbles and a bear is twerking. Don't think kids want to see a young girl twerk alongside a bear. Imagine if the next show you loved as a kid is gonna be a reboot and turns into a joke cartoon with no plot in it what so ever. They already did that to Teen Titans, PPG and Ben 10. Who's next to be a joke? Ed, Edd n' Eddy?

Indeed it was a lot of people don't like this show but honestly it's my favorite out of the entire series it showed Ben growing a lot of character development and had the most World building out of all the shows if I'm being honest and the finale was just amazing it truly showed how powerful Ben has came throughout his entire series from gaining back one of his childhood aliens going and getting over all the mental trauma and even unlocking the full potential of one of his most if not his most powerful alien ALIEN X in the Omnitrix and some of the new aliens they introduced I actually like the art style was also amazing as well as the animation. Crashhopper wasn't as horrifying blocks is okay pixie dust is fine and feedback was just amazing!(if you do not know feedback is my favorite alien out of the entire Ben 10 series) Omniverse really showed how far a show with its art style can really go with huge amounts of details from the alien species to straight-up how time travel works honestly I really don't know why people don't like the series it's amazing honestly... and it was a shame we didn't get answers to some of the conclusions to the series which I really wanted to find out. ... and then the reboot happened...Well it can't get any worse than this and at least it's not as terrible as some of the other reboots we had...

Cartoon companies should continue the production of the shows you said because some fans said that they are more detailed, like in modern cartoons, in my opinion.
