I always wondered how many film crew he had 9:36 with him. Where did they sleep? I saw Luke in a previous episode delivering his hand made chair, so that is how you met Ben. Watching it now. My husband and I are at that time in our lives where we'd like an adventure before we're pensioners!! We've done the wedding, buying a house, having children, illness, losing a job, losing our house, grief....and recovery. We fancy hiring a campervan, ferrying from Plymouth to Santander then driving to Portugal. I sew and can do upholstery, my husband is a carpenter/joiner (boat building) and is great at general DIY. We wouldn't want anything from you (maybe water) and an opportunity to experience your lifestyle and help out with any jobs that need doing (if we can physically do them).

I watched last night's episode of Ben Fogles lives in the wild like I Always watch but was inspired by you guys who have made a new life in a remote part of Portugal.. one question that has Always cropped up in my head is where do the film crew sleep..I gather there is limited bedding down area's so would like to know?!.. In the meantime good luck on your venture...I lived in Birzebbuga as a toddler and have very fond memories of Malta!
