Ben Fuller - Me & Katelyn Extended Story Interview 

I grew up in a very religious family on both sides. Know religion through and through. Had a few issues growing up and became angry with God. I’m 58 years old. I’ve been a coke addict for over 20 years and been drinking heavily over 8 years. I always knew that God was waiting for me. I finally listened to Him almost 2 weeks ago and He came charging back into my life hard! I know it’s only 2 weeks, since that day, I haven’t had any desire or cravings. To go from a $500 a week habit and a bottle of whiskey each night? He’s in my life and I’m so happy and feel so much better because I’m craving Jesus !

Im a heavy alcoholic who doesn't drink....only by God's grace...its a constant walk daily, listening to God, and working- keeping my mind on Jesus and the Word, and not thinking about alcohol....I like this story, the music is top-shelf.

You both look the epitome of blooming health. The drugs had no lasting effects in you, hallelujah! No weapon formed against God's annointed shall prosper, praise the Lord!

I was a heroin/suboxone addict for 9.5 years I was brought up Jewish and heard Jesus could deliver people from addiction so I got prayed over and was delivered 6 demons came out of me jezabel, leviathan, python, anxiety, depression, and suicide, I am now 1 year free and I gave my life to Jesus 1 year ago aswell on September 16th 2021 I got baptized in the Holy Spirit I can speak in tongues and all the other Blessed gift the Holy Ghost works through us, God bless both of you keep sharing your amazing testimony 🙏🏻

I can’t put into words how much this guy is impacting me with his music and his story. My family and I were blessed to see Ben open for Casting Crowns in Augusta, Maine. I hope that he continues to do what he does. Ben, you and Katlyn are walking, talking miracles!

Turned from "God kill me" to "God save me." That hit so deep, I can't describe it. The silent, quite struggle is real. I have so many words but none at all. Thank you both so much for being brave enough to share your stories.

I'm a recovering "everything" addict. I used anything I could get my hands on. Attempted suicide a handful of times. The last attempt left a scar down my wrist. God is amazing! Thank you for your testimony. It is truly by God's grace we are alive and used by Him.

Hope is a very powerful thing,, and we use the word very loosely. Real hope in the Lord is hope and trust and faith all entwined together. Our son passed away December 4th, 2013, he was 28 years old. A couple of weeks prior to his accidental overdose, I asked him (he was raised in the church, so I knew he knew Jesus) If he knew Christ is his Savior and he said, "of course mom". I know where our son is and who he is with. I cannot wait to see him again some day. So many "in the church" do a nose up in the air thing when it comes to addiction and it is very wrong. Jesus is with you always, at your lowest, He is there and His desire to save each of us is so powerful. Trust Him.

You are such an inspiration Ben. Even to those of us that have been professing Christians for 40 yrs. You have a lot of wisdom to share. - How wonderful to virtually "meet" Katelyn. What a precious soul.

Keep it moving Ben. I met you at the Big Ticket festival. Me and my crew from The Lion's Den Mission Bible Training Center prayed with you. It seemed like we were drawn together. Thank you for this story. God bless you. Still praying for you.

I knew a couple that tried to get clean many times. They really loved each other, but they finally made the decision to separate so they could get clean. They did & they have been ever since. They still love each other but still can not be together. God bless you in your journey.

Thus past Resurrection Sunday my wife and I walked into church @GVBC in Mount Juleit TN and praise the Lord Jesus Christ he drove the demon of addiction out. So very excited for you both❣️satan will have you in his cross hairs because you are growing in your faith❣️❣️ Having prayers that mean something to each of you printed out might be helpful. When you feel weak and are under attack you won’t want to pray but you CAN read a 🙏 prayer Sin and satan make the world cruel and painful. When we think we can’t, we won’t, we are worthless, ect we have come under attack of the great liar! It’s not that you are too weak and addicted. It’s that satan is pushing your thoughts to believe you are! He is a master mind manipulator and he knows our weaknesses! This is why reading Gods word with intent to understand it, being still with God, listening to praise music and turning our mind to things that are positive are vital! We battle against satans lies! He’s a bully! It’s a war. More sin, more satan. There is always a price for sin. When we resist sin and draw toward God he draws to us. We move up and down this tug of war as we go through life. Life is a series of choices that fill our lives with blessings or misery. Snapping at someone might feel good for a second but being kind to someone that snapped at you and doing it with a joyful heart, might win their soul for heaven❣️ We can always move closer to God(joy and blessings) or satan (misery). Christians win the world through love. Jesus came in love! He spent time with undesirables, healed, loved and was never violent! Let all you do be done in love❣️ What a beautiful couple you are❣️
