rochogots well ya but this is my opinion u don’t have to agree with it, i feel like ramin and Sierra are just the perfect phantom and Christine for me in both phantom and LND but I do love Anna and Ben their rly good don’t get me wrong I just feel like Sierra and ramin just have something so amazing that I just can’t handle out of amazingness and cuteness and amazing chemistry bcuz my heart melts when I see them.
@@tiafakhouri2982 I love Ramin and Sierra's chemistry too. It just feels right. I love them in POTO and LND very much as well. Since LND is set 10 years later, Ben and Anna make more sense since they've matured and all, but also love Sierra and Ramin very much and I love their version too.

i love Ben Lewis! He is a awesome Phantom. Ben has a deep breathtaking voice. He makes the Phantom more painful in what the Phantom done in Paris. He gives the role more meaning of the Phantom's personality
Ana and Ben are my favorite Erik and Christine in Love Never Dies. I mean, just look at them in this performance! Ben has his hands in his pockets, and Ana has her hands crossed. They're not even looking at each other, yet there's still emotion. True singers don't need to be running around a stage to achieve emotion in their singing. They just... Sing. That's why I love this pairing so much!
I have never watched The Phantom of The Opera or Love Never Dies and I watched them both twice I have to say they are equally good but the Phantom Ben had more emotion He look more manly tall and his eyes were piercing dark His voice was more masculine with authority You can just feel the love he has for Christine It gave me the chills every time and The Phantom of the Opera was amazing I've never been to a live orchestra or play It was like I was there front row tickets I could just imagine what it was like live! I am so grateful that I got to watch this in my home and I cried both times but especially Love Never Dies when Christine died I felt his grief and sadness and when the little boy took off his mask I was an emotional wreck but a good cry with this virus and so much death it was as we all shared the same emotion that I got to express my grief for the people that lost someone and cried because of the situation we're all in it's like all our emotions wrapped up together in one night we got to express it and feel it as what the Phantom and Christine felt LOVE Thank you for me, US a night we'll never forget. I saw Ben as the Phantom in London, February 2018, it was a birthday treat for me and my family. Straight after the show we took photos outside and we waited by the stage door. We were about to go as we thought it would take ages for him to be ready to come out. Surprisingly, he was there! We met Ben,💖, he came to me first and was so friendly and kind enough to sign my program. It was a bit awkward, but he didn't mind me putting my arm around his waist for a photo What a lovely man ♥️ he is a wonderful Phantom and a wonderful man. It made my birthday extra special, and we had seen Les Miserables the previous night which was superb.
I loved it. Ben was amazing, Anna was perfection. The story made me cry about 7 times. first, when Christine fainted upon seeing him the first time. I wondered why ALW liked the Australian version so much... NOW I know why. It is gorgeous and they did outstanding singing and sets and costumes and lighting. Near perfect in every way. The songs were terrific and the story was great in showing the love of the Phantom for his son....who had his amazing musical talent......
I just saw Love Never Dies on the US tour a couple days ago. This is absolutely the most beautiful song by ALW. Better than any from Phantom Of The Opera, god. The way Ben Lewis sings brings so much agony and maturity to the role of Erik, I love it. Anna has so much control, I’ve always thought she was much better than Sierra (an unpopular opinion). This is just so ideal.
Haha tbh Ramin and sierra are not my fave either. I don’t really like how Ramin sings, I know, I know, unpopular opinion...I prefer a darker rich voice phantom. love these two tho. I thought how he spoke in LND was kind of weird tho but I don’t hate it
I’ll throw in my agreement too. Sierra is fine, but she does not hang the moon and neither does Ramin. I’m fact, I do not get the adoration of Ramin at all. He is too hammy in my opinion. I much prefer the duo Anna and Ben make together, both vocally and chemistry-wise. Ben pulls off the older, sensual phantom much more gracefully.
Your opinion is very valid! In fact, I think Ben and Anna have amazing chemistry, and indeed as someone else mentioned, Ramin and Sierra seem like the youthful, innocent version of the Phantom and Christine, while Ben´s deeper voice and Anna´s seem like the more mature versión of themselves, it does lead you those 10 years into the future... And this song, sung either by the R&S or B&A is simply so touching... it does bring tears to your eyes...!!
I'm 7 years late to discover this but oh dear gods, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UPLOADING IT!!! I discovered LND quite late, and I'm so happy that I did discover it because thanks to it I learnt of the existence of these two amazing voices! I'm forever enthralled by Ben Lewis, had the chance to watch him live as the Phantom and I believe he owns the character like no other! And Anna sings the high notes so naturally it kills me! LOOK AT THEM GO ASIHDANSJMHDASDASK!! My mind is blown, ok bye, I'm not ok!!! I hope they reunite for a LND production in Europe, cause I need it like yesterday! ♥
I discovered phantom late, only last summer, and then I first listened to lnd soundtrack that winter or maybe earlier and I finally saw the movie a month or so ago. I'm moving fast. In my defense I'm only 13 so...
does this ever happen to you? that every time you hear your favorite people sing phantom of love never dies you just melt or is it just me because every time i hear ramin karmiloo sing im like hes sings so AMAZING! and when i try to sing like Anna and sierra i crack so much im a musical lover just not musically inclined.
phansofthebarricade u just have to be a sop 1 who is able to get the breathing technique right and also sing well with head voice. U will at least not crack
I am soo obsessed with both Phantom musicals and stories!! Ben and Anna are so great!! We have Love never dies here in Germany at the moment and it's a pitty that I couldn't watch it yet. I get chills everytime he or any other Phantom sings Christine because my name is Christin and it is pronounced the same way. xD
+Spider2000 I heard Rachel Anne Moore sing the title song from LND thanks to the powers of the net. She is OUTSTANDING!!! If you ever get the opportunity to see her live. I highly recommend it. +Spider2000 Since I saw the 2004 film before seeing the musical on the net or reading the novel. Gerry and Emmy have a special place in my heart. While others I have grown deeply to love. I'll never forget to acknowledge my first Phantom and Christine. I really hope you enjoy the musical if and when you able to see it live. :) Ramin and Sierra may not make it on my "personal" favorite list but I have always respected their talent. The videos are hard to come by of the lesser known performers but if you remain diligent. You will see them eventually. Perhaps not the entire show at once but in spurts. Audios are in greater supply. If you are curious about any of the names you are unfamiliar with or hope to find new material of those who peek your interest. I actually think it’s the other way around. He looks her way a few times. It appears they’re very focused on the orchestration. Great to have the ability to get a peak at rehearsals none the less.

It has to be wrong to say this... but I like the music from LND better than POTO. And, I love them better than Ramin and Sierra. Even though I have a spaz attack when I hear Ramin, Ben's voice is amazing in this role :)
Jessica Lucido I think the plot for POTO is infinitely better... The plot of LND is kind of unbelievable in a bad way, like you literally can’t believe that it would ever happen. However, I think the music for LND is so fantastic. I don’t like to compare POTO and LND because I like to pretend they’re not related (lmaoo), but I must admit that LND has better music. More emotion, more complex orchestration. A masterpiece.
Abigail Stein If Andrew Lloyd Webber rewrote a bit of the story and created different characters for LND, I have no doubt in my mind that it would have become just as big of a sensation as Cats and Phantom. The music is great, but the story completely contradicts POTO.

So lovely to revisit this after so long. I went to see them in Love Never Dies three times in Sydney and I've lost count if how many times I've watched the DVD. Time for another viewing I think ❤❤❤

Cambraisse Harfordilyn Indeed. There's snippet of LND North American Tour. Meghan Picerno sounds quite like Anna O'Byrne. But Gardar Thor Cortes doesn't pull the arrogance of Mr. Y like Ben Lewis.
I loved the story. I just saw it for the first time and it is nearly perfect. This production is at the TOP of my all time favorites and I saw the original cast Aspects of Love, and of course many productions of Evita, Joseph, and Sunset Blvd and more.
Ugh same dude. If I see another Rierra show...... Anna and Ben are the best. Anna is my favorite Christine ever, and I'd LOVE to see this on Broadway someday with the Australian cast. I'd also love to see Ben Lewis as the original Phantom.
Dude the Aussie cast is so amazing I wish they did too! Personally I feel Ramin and Sierra are better fit for POTO. Anna and Ben killed it in LND, makes me want to see them in POTO so badly.
I love Ben in this role. He is amazing. The chemistry with Anna is amazing! Did you know that Ramin traveled to Australia and did a concert with Anna and they did this show together (LND) with limited staging. Wish I could find a video of it.
I saw theses two last night at the Capitol. I loved it so much that I shall be returning in April to see it once more. It was an honour to be in the audience.
Aussie version absolutely deserved to be the version stored on DVD, absolutely superb singing and emotion, ramin and sierra pale in comparison. They have great voices, but these 2 are just better.
Erm. As someone familiar with and used to sitzprobe: this is work. Hard work. The first time everything comes together FINALLY, you have to get used to the combo and analyse if your way of doing things will work out. Ideally the whole will be more than the sum of the separate parts, but it is highly exhausting and needs permanent attention and reflection. I love these rehearsals more than the parts before or the concert itself. It is pure magic, but needs focus, a bit like a final exam. This might explain to you their perceived attitudes and behaviour.
Ben did a great job as the phantom. I felt like he was really well cast for the role. I like Ramin as well, but I just personally like Ben in LND. I feel the same way with Anna and Sierra.
I to would love to see Anna and Be nreunite for the orginal production. Anna has proven (at least to me) that she can play both an innocent and timid girl who is just starting out vocally. Then switch over and be a maternal figure who is an accomplished opera singer. I think Ben would bring the house down if he were cast as the Phantom.
I like the new changes. I was a little worried when they changed it to her being manipulating into seeing the Phantom, but it was redeemed in how she said she was tormented in her choice. I also like to think it's like some of the Phantom books I have read in how she went looking for him, and he made up that he was dying so he would make her stop. :)
