@@HerondalesAngel I can even see in the last film, a retired Rey and Ben living in some island at peace with their children. It would be a perfect ending as they succeed in achieving what Anakin and Padme failed to achieve with Luke and Leia, that way we can see their students journey as the Jedi are fully restored.

@James Malik: I would like to see that too. It would make so make so much sense if they continue their story. Maybe Palpatine should come back in this new trilogy for one last time and has to be defeated . A final battle between Palpatine and Ben /Rey could be awesome. Ben and Rey should defeat Palpatine (or a new threat) together. There is still so much potential which could be used for further stories.

There's theory Ben is in the world between worlds. The dyad maybe the key for Rey to bring him back somehow. But you can do is hope they'll some kind of followup on them to reunite.
