OMG! That bill is horrendously high! To think in NZ I buy portobello mushrooms and steaks every week and think nothing of it. Portobellos are like NZ$5.50 for a pack of 4-8 mushrooms depending on size of the mushrooms. And I can get decent quality cuts of steaks for $12-18 for two pieces. I guess I am lucky to live in the land of milk, honey, beef steaks, lamb chops, mushrooms, salmon, crayfish, paua (NZ abalone), kina (uni) and truffle farms.

I envy you very much! I love NZ so much that I have been there twice & I enjoyed every moment when we were there. Would certainly love to go back for a visit if there’s an opportunity 😊
