R.IP Larry KIng - this video gives me the chills because today you experience what you feared so much. I wish you could give us the answer to what happens. I'm terrified also.
If you want to know the answer - read about the Terror Management Theory on wiki. It's going to be the best and the worst thing you'll ever read about in your entire life.
@@doctorpanigrahi9975 Same when he interviewed Betty White. She was so excited about the concept of death cause of her curiosity if there is anything or not after. I wish I had her mindset but like Larry I fear being dead
@@damonleeb If this is true, I think it is fair to say that there might be a good chance that something for us will be down the road after death. Even if not immediately, maybe even in 10 - 15 billion years(which will be but a moment for us), but something has to be waiting for us down the road and I hope that this something is truly peaceful, interesting, beautiful, and so on. After all, we emerged somehow, why isn't it possible that we will emerge again. I just hope that we will be healthy, happy, smart, capable and so on.
I understood why people call death the ultimate feeling of freedom. You realize that when you die, you are freed from all the earthly things in life that seem critically important when you are alive, but are completely meaningless when you are gone. You realize that nothing really matters because everything is transitory and ultimately leads to another type of nothingness. Sure, it's scary to think of an endless sleep, but even those fears are meaningless since there is nothing to feel or judge when you're gone. I realized that if I hadn't woken up from my heart attack, I would have never known or cared. The time between going under and waking up was like being born again. I didn't know the stakes of the game, I just woke up. Next time I might not. The only part that sucks is, like Larry said, not knowing how the story ends, or what happens next. But does it really matter?
How do you know there’s nothingness? You are speaking this like it’s the undeniable truth and you’ve experienced it when in fact you haven’t got a clue.
After 500 billion years the Sun will become a red Giant. It's very much likely to engulf earth and some planets of the solar system. I'm curious about the future of humanity. Will we be able to escape? I'm fearful of eternal boredom.
@lisa Jack @ Joe - Jesus Christ is real and He is God. He loves you. You can call on Him, put your hope & trust in Him. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins and have a relationship with Him. Whoever, puts their hope in Jesus, though they die, they will live forever in Heaven with Him.
@@DragonBallZuperWhen you weren't born, you weren't aware, conscious, scared, afraid of eternal non existence. This will be the case when you're dead. Also, humans technically don't "experience" death, because you're dead 😂 Relax xo
Larry is correct, look at Mars . That’s earth in few billion years and then the sun burns out so much for reincarnation lol it’s all a big joke so don’t worry about anything
