So true. I'm one of those guys that lack talent but am just trying hard to do it stubbornly just to satisfy myself.

Alot of those people who "lack talent" really don't want to work hard tho, I'd say Ben trues definition of passion and a normal runners is apples and oranges

As a man that spent 12 years making zero progress running my heart out every day, only to finally see progress in my own way just recently - it only happened after I let go of my ego and embraced running for what it is, for its own sake. There is enjoyment in mediocrity, the happiness is the journey and we all get to have that. In its own way I think the universe as it relates to running is the most fair discipline.

I'm guessing it's no slower than 6:30 pace too.

Actually just posting them on RU-vid would be better for the long-term. It would also grow the sport which FloTrack claims they are doing, but they really aren't. They basically have the monopoly on track and field coverage so they want you to subscribe to their website to access the videos.

Yo, we should all be happy that they actually released one for free, this is a rarety. But yeah, now that I think of it there are thousands of documentaries of equal or greater quality to this one that were released for free on youtube. hmm
