Amit lives a happy life with his wife sheela and son Raju. One fine day, while driving to a party, Amit and Sheela watch a man getting stabbed. Amit stops to help the man, and even takes him to a nearby hospital. However, to their surprise, later strange incidents start troubling the couple. Amit begins to receive anonymous threats, and then Raju disappears. What is the main cause behind these problems and how will the couple tackle these problems? Who is threatening Amit and his family? After few seconds around 39 minutes did anyone notice the great actor SHARAD SAXENA sitting behind AMITABH BACHCHAN. If I recall well this was his first movie. It took him 25 years to hit the jackpot with 1998 GHULAM where he is the main villian.😏😏😏

Actually, a very good movie. Holds you spellbound without a break. Don't know why this movie flopped. Good acting all round. I doubt, if anyone even remembers this movie. If this same movie had released after say 1978, it would have been a big hit, as Amitabh's later day popularity alone would have drawn the crowds in. Sheer bad luck, this movie flopped. -------------------------------

Saw this movie in a small town in India when TV/VCP was new. Was terrified of the suspense. As an adult enjoying this movie. There is a distinct improvement in acting between Amitji with short hair and long hair. His real life birth name originally was Inquilaab Shrivastava.
