It's understandable that people dislike and are even angry at Canelo for not fighting the fights that would cause other fighters to be stripped. It makes sense that Toney wouldn't want Canelo to be compared with him if Canelo is the ducker/cherry picker that he has been during his career (and might still continue to be. Does anyone see Canelo taking a fight with Mbilli for example?) But is Canelo more like Toney (in terms of his style), than any other notable fighter? Yes, probably.
