Bench test of a WABCO No.14-EL brake system with added Deadman/RSC 

Halton County Radial Railway’s Plymouth Locomotive is going to receive a WABCO No. 14-EL brake system with an RSC/Deadman system added. The original air brake system was a straight brake system with a separate valve for “train line” and was obsolete with parts not available. this “newer” system will be pat supportable and give a lot more ease of application and control of the locomotive and train
