He really looks like a genuine person. He’s the biggest and strongest person in that gym, but he still looks very humble compared to most gym goers

This guy knows what's up. Strength comes from the innervation of muscle fibers! The more of the nervous system you can employ the stronger you'll be.

The comment about him being heavier if he was taller, I agree. One person equated him to Eddie. Eddie was at one time over 400 lbs at the same height as Mitchell. Mitchell is a phenominom because of his seemingly leaness combined with his strength.

He’s actually the same height or taller than Eddie he just didn’t swallow the last atlas stone. Brian and hafthor needed to be big because they’re 6’8. Over the past few years the faster guys have been doing better because they do better in the moving events and just as good in the static events

@dantethunderstone2118
@dantethunderstone2118 Год назад
@@06hurdwp Eddie was significantly larger than he needed to be and Brian and hafthor need to be bigger than Mitch because of how much taller they are. If Mitch was the same height as Brian then he’d be about 385-395 so still smaller but not small. Vytautas lalas won the heaviest show in the sport at like 300lbs and novikov won world a couple years ago at 290lbs
@DreJr
@DreJr Год назад
@@dantethunderstone2118how can you say he was significantly larger than he needed to be when he said he got to that size to compete with giants like Brian and Hafthor?🤔 I'm not sure you could say more than he was bigger than was healthy, even for a top level pro strongman.

You have to be careful with caffeine though. Probably better to leave the big doses for competition. Train low and all that.

They aren't using as much as you'd think. The vast majority of people don't even want to compete for strongman so who cares? These guys are still far healthier than your average Joe sitting at a desk all day working and then going home to eating chips on the couch watching TV.

Also pro football, baseball, wrestling, etc etc etc..... people want to see people doing crazy shit.... gear is just part of that. Also, it's not as much of a boost as people think, it's not like it's making some weak slob into a monster, still gotta work like crazy and eat

Hes not the worlds strongest man. He doesnt lift over the world record for any exercises. I hit over the world record for single arm curls, preacher curls, leg press and lift a 6200 pound ford f 150 off the ground. Im trolling his 463 pound bench video he does 3 times. Where ill be doing 450 pounds act like I cant lift it bang out 20 in a row adding to my tiktok page.
