So a buyer paying a buyer's agent fee by adding it into the financing would be paying that bill over the life of the loan with all that interest added in, that's ridiculous. Just take the buyer's fee off the purchase price, no way I would pay a buyer's fee.

Paying your buyer's agent out of pocket is always an option. But in reality, the buyer's agents fee has always been financed because the seller has been paying it in the past, and will keep doing it most of the time. From what I have seen so far, so it's rolled into the price of the house and therefore the buyer has been financing it 😊
