This is so crazy to watch like I legit teared up. Mind you, I know nothing about this sport/art, but when you transition from one skill to the next it doesn’t look awkward at all. The strength I imagine it takes to have so much control over your body is crazy! Seriously beautiful to watch, you definitely deserved that W lol 💕
WOW, this is absolutely gorgeous! I've admired aerial silks for a long time now, your performance is so elegant, it's so so nice to watch. Your control and skill, gah! Amazing! I've been thinking about getting into a class for silks recently .. I already dance, but I wonder if aerial puts any strain or stress on your joints?
I just started at age 35 without dancing before. For half a year I train now in the gym. So far I had two lessons and it is really hard especially in the beginning I think, because I need to gain more arm muscles. But it is also so much fun and the silks feel so great and I love the feeling of flying in the air
