In that case the1st bike they probably do copyright claim will be Bajaj Dominar 400 . The headlight design and arrangement straight from diavel 1st gen headlight design and tail lamp is a scaled down version of diavel tail light design and the petrol tank just lok like the diavel, difference is size, brand and engine. and I own and ride a 2018 ist gen Dominar so I can clearly say it's a straigt blatant copy of Diavel design in multiple areas :)

Indians be like, we spent decades in wasting time with royal enfield and here are chinese coming with a significant punch to international super bike competition. In China, its about get go. You conceive the design and you make it. Dont forget, China doesnt always makes shitty products. Its all about what grade of quality you can afford from China. Your iphones are Made in China.

The facts are wrong.... Never saw an auto journalist be this wrong. Get your facts straight, don't waste our time. 214kg , it's an inline 4 which redlines at 12000rpm and the brand's name is BENDA not Benelli.😂
