En mi pueblo también hay británicos y hay de todo, aunque la mayoría no se molesta en aprender español. Por otro lado, las madres y abuelas españolas que dan mucho de comer a sus hijos, lo hacen porque recuerdan los años del hambre, después de la guerra civil, o porque los recuerdan sus padres y les han inculcado el "tener a los hijos bien alimentados".

Soy inglés, no vivo en España pero cada vez voy allí, siempre hablo en espaňol cuando pueda. Este comediante no es gracioso. Ella no ha escrito ningún chiste real.

Hay "comunidades" de expats de habla inglesa en muchos sitios y no se molestan en aprender la lengua local. My grandmother's mother was a Spanish woman. She was loud and made us overeat her delicious food. My kids and I are American but inherited the loud voice because we tend to scream not speak.
