When someone is applying for PR after 2 years of Critical Skill would the same applicable to the spouse or he/she have to wait for 5 years?

Yes you can, tell your husband to talk to his company & they can sponsor both of you.

His wife is Indian passport holder and will b leaving shortly as her VISA has been sanctioned as dependent. But she is an IT engineer.Can she go and work there or she cannot work? Oh yes, she can work freely, no work permit required as i think she will be granted stamp 4 as soon as she arrives in Ireland.

I think you can, some companies allow their spouse to come along them as well. Firstly, ask the company for the same & then apply accordingly.

Hi, in this video I am talking about critical skills work permit, not general work permit. But again it’s depends on the annual salary on GN permit, that are you eligible after 6 months or 12 months.

Once you complete your masters, you’ll get visa for 2 years to look for a job. If you a get a work permit job, you can sponsor your partner after 6 months.

I think South Africans passport holder can visit Ireland without a visa. But for long term stay you need to have visa before coming to Ireland.

@@IndianPaddy Bro, may be you also want to add info in your video that Intra-Company transfer does not give rights for long term residency as Intra-Company transfer is a temporary job visa. Below is the extract from the Ireland immigration websiote. Holders of Intra-Company Transfer Employment Permits do not accrue rights for long term residency purposes as the Employment Permit is available on the basis that the employment is temporary. So coming in as Intra-Company transfer is not the best route to Stamp 4. enterprise.gov.ie/en/what-we-do/workplace-and-skills/employment-permits/permit-types/intra-company-transfer-employment-permit/

Visitor visa is very hard to get extended, it only happen on the grounds on medical emergency. But there is risk in future for a over stayer, you know what i mean.

Or is there any restriction that after certain days 30 40 60 or so then can visit Ireland again on visitor visa?
