hi, i have used seamoss in the past. however i never heat my sea moss. i soak my sea moss over night in water to remove the salty taste,because i drink sea moss too. the next day i blend my seamoss with a little water until its liquified. i drink about 2 oz a day. i have use sea moss to wist my hair. i founded that it made my hair thick. thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing! I’ve tried it without heating it and I’ve tried it with heating prior to blending. I feel that I get a smoother result when I heat it. But both options work great!
@@MadeWithLoveHair maybe because I soak my seamoss over night is why I do not need to heat the seamoss to gain a smooth consistency . I drink seamoss each day like a smoothie 😊💚.
You can get sea moss in your local market or even amazon. I got mine at a local market so I don’t have a recommendation for amazon but you’ll definitely find it there!
