I'd recommend looking at our promotional grade calendered vinyl - Avery Dennison MPI 3300 (gloss) and 3320 (matte) with a clear permanent adhesive or MPI 3303 (gloss) and 3323 (matte) if you need a grey permanent adhesive. All three have an outdoor durability of three years. If you want more durability, I'd recommend General Formulations 201 (matte) and 203 (gloss) intermediate calendered films. Both have durability of five years.
