I completely agree with the fear and phobia part ... I bought the same mala from isha shoppe in the month of shravan.. Before that I used to stay awake untill dawn for like weeks for some weird fear even though I use to sleep next to my mom... Peaceful sleep got restored after the mala it just happened and I don't feel that phase anymore..
Same issue with me,what size, rate n where u purchased, when I'm typing its 12am I was not sleeping as I'm alone at home now n whenever I'm alone I don't sleep till dawn ...r u okay now..

I don't know from where this idea of impurity of menstruating women came?? There are some culture in India in which this aspect of women is celebrated and even worshiped one of the famous temple is Kamakhya temple in guwahati.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I also respecter of our Hindu culture. I am. wearing Rudraksha for the past 10 months I have experienced drastic change in my thought process, I find myself in much better place and sure that I will be guided for much more better future. Thanks to our Sanathana Dharma.
Just a few points: you can not wear rudraksha when you take a hot or warm shower even without soup (cold 🚿 without soup is fine). There must always be a bindu to the mala, otherwise the energy becomes cyclical and people who are sensitive may become dizzy. An adult should not wear a mala with less than 84 beads plus the bindu. Any number over that is fine. You can also wear it with silver, copper or gold wire. Beads should not be tightened too close, because if the inside crumbles with the pressure it can crack. Bindu is the additional bead ,on top of the # of the mala, so if you make a 108 rudraksha mala, you should add 1 bead for the bindu so the mala will be made with 108+1 ...The additional bead is called the bindu. There is also a chakra called bindu, in the back of the head from where a lock of hair is left by pandits

@@krishnapriya9655 don't, wear it without an additional rudraksh of same # of face,s... If you have a medical condition or a slight imbalance you may see problems, or may feel dizzy with just 108 rudraksh mala... See if you can get an additional rudraksh
Its better to take it off while going to take a dump, while boozing, while eating nonveg. If you don't remove nothing will happen like dooms day simply the power of mala will get affected. Jitna precautions maintain karoge utna acha output milega mala se.

Thanks a lot for this video, n I believe everything u said. Before I was wearing Rudraksha but one day suddenly idk why but I just pulled out so hard n torn it from my neck. I still think wearing this really make me strong n I still think to go n buy it but always have trouble time. Actually I have decided to get it tom.itself after watching this.
The professional courier lost my rudraksha parcel. I went to their office thrice but it was of no use. They keep saying they kept it in the meter box of the parking area of my apartment. But I didn't find it. They should have atleast called me or gave it to the guard. Please never send any consignment by the professional courier again 😭 I so wanted that rudraksha
Even I too not got courier from them (professional courier) , they msg me they will deliver in few days But now more then a month gone, I didn't receive any courier from them. They keep telling, u will receive soon keep passions...!!!!!

Hi madam thanks for this beautiful video it was very empowering. I need couple of information which I feel is easy for u to get being at Isha. 1. Clarity of if Rudrakhsa can be worn by people who eat Non veg food. I too am a seafood eater like u and I so much do want to wear a Rudrakhsa just waiting for certain answers. 2. What is the vibuthi given by Isha can it be applied as informed by sadguru on day to day Basis. 3. The snake ring also I have the same doubt it's to be worn on left hand right but can a non vegetarian west it as we are very careful when it comes to snake God in South Karnataka as we worship snake in almost all our temples. I would really be happy and indebted yo you madam if u can give me some thoughts or insights on my query.

Sister, during Shivanga sadhana and post the culmination as well, we were strictly advised not to wear Rudraksha while consuming non-veg. Notably, during Shivanga sadhana, non-veg is strictly prohibited, and even post culmination it's suggested to preferably not consume non-veg. But even if one chooses to consume post culmination, they should ensure they are not wearing Rudraksha at that time.

There is no do's and don'ts you can eat non veg also there is no restrictions even my grandfather eats it he is wearing form 60 years... devotion in heart matter nothing else.. anyway good video ❤️
I have learned where my Rudraksha malas are that I wore in my life before this one. Is it rude to ask my descendant's from my previous life to let me again wear my Rudraksha's, as I am the same soul, just in a different body, but my face and body are identical in each life.
I don’t know how can one consume non veg or drink after wearing Rudraksha I also used to do all those things but I left everything now and after wearing Rudraksha I got sensitivity to onion and garlic 😊 now if I smell non veg or alcohol it feels like current in my head so much sensitivity might be meditation also and lastly after wearing Rudraksha you have to mind your words😅 and you can’t lie also 😊 it’s better to shut and mind your own business ❤ but it’s really feel good 😊
Does the rudraksha mala put you in a transcendental state?, like it always make your mind peaceful?, just like how it has been defined in Bhagvad Gita. Like your mind gets in a state of equilibrium?, where pain and pleasure remain same for individual.
Hi Is combination of 5 mukhi, 6 mukhi, 7 mukhi and 11 mukhi Rudraksha good combination? Does any of the mukhis' planet will contradicts each other? 1. In my birthchart Venus and Saturn are evil planets, So i bought 6 mukhi and 7 mukhi. 2. As I am a leo(Swami- SUN) , I bought 11 mukhi as well with 7 mukhi for Pacifying Sadesati dasha and also For good luck and fortune I bought 5 mukhi rudraksha. Is everything okay with the combination?
How do u manage to get pure milk to wash rudraksha..bcz in my place we get packet milk or we can buy milk but both we can't trust whthr it's pure milk or if it's chemical added

Are You really a follower of sadhguru. Bcoz You didn't even know there is a video of sadhguru on this (period). These are not restrictions these are precautions not to go some temples during Your period. Shani Mandir is One of them. Because these are destined for a special purpose not our daily prayers. Can I wear mother of pearls stone necklace awhile I am wearing rudraksh, since it’s not advisable to keep rudraksh on the floor. So I got little worried what would happen to vibrancy of my mala beacuse of that stone necklace . Can you please reply

Thank you for the video. Three are sources saying that it's necessary to do puja for rudraksha every year, and every time when you put it on or off repeat mantra. Is it really necessary?
I have been wearing Isha foundation 5 Mukhi rudraksha bead. Believe me not even a single benefit I have attained after wearing it. I had lot of problems in my personal life but unfortunately I didn't noticed any change in my personal life after adorning the rudraksha bead. Even my health issue haven't shown any improvement. Isha foundation is always dumb to respond customer query. Don't know how come people here are claiming that the rudraksha bead changed their life
@@shatofor100 I am suspecting about the rudraksha Quality they are offering. It is said indian Rudraksha are mostly Bhadraksh that offer no advantage to the wearer. Isha foundation never care to reply to any query. They care only for money they get from selling spiritual things
Namaskaram 🙏 I bought a rudraksha mala and unfortunately I soak it in a steel container for conditioning. Its said that rudraksha should not come in contact with metal. Now, what to do? Please tell me 🙏 Should I wear it or not?
It's okay to condition in a steel container. However it should not be conditioned in a copper vessel as milk gets oxidized with copper.
