Great content BUT why would the dependent spouse and children of the critical skills employment permit holder wait for another 6 months contrarily when the Ireland website says IMMEDIATELY? Is that because in case of the principal critical skills employment permit holder going through compensation measure or what please but I have someone in Nigeria who got DIRECT FULL recognition from Nigeria WITHOUT any compensation measure ( no adaptation nor exam required), would the dependants of such a fully recognized person from Nigeria also have to stay behind for six months before coming to Ireland and come with the main applicant together immediately? Please kindly shed light on all the above IN DETAIL so that your fans get to know the reality. Many thanks 🙏.
I mentioned the reasons in the videos. Yes, the clause immediately is when you get your critical skills work permit. Before you get that many days and months have gone.
Am the same person who replied before. If you spend 3 months on adaptation, then wait 4 weeks or more on critical skills. Wait again for residence permits renewal. It is a lot
@@Nyakno93 Thank you very much for your response. Actually a Dietitian. So being already FULLY recognized from Nigeria, the spouse and children can directly travel with the principal applicant to Ireland from Nigeria?
