Love this man, what a great example for Humans, not only us Christians but for all of Gods children. So humble, kind, well spoken, and fearless with his faith. We need to be like Dariush, and be fearless with our faith. We must emulate the characteristics of Jesus the best we can as sinners. I believe Dariush does this extremely well.
Your best interview yet Emmanuel! You’re killing it. Beneil is such a great guest and super insightful. I can’t wait to see both of you guys succeed more and more in your careers
As a Muslim from the Middle East, it was interesting to hear both of you guys talk about your experiences with God, religion, Middle East, etc. I want to clarify a few things because I feel that Beneil’s viewpoints on other religions are distorted. In Islam, for example, we attain salvation not through good works in itself, but only through the mercy of God. Islam teaches us that no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. You are responsible for your own actions. Whenever you sin, you must repent, constantly ask for forgiveness and do good works. And ultimately, even with a mountain of good on your record, it’s up to God and His mercy to grant us heaven. As for sins, God is the ultimate judge and He will punish those who committed heinous acts of evil. However, if that person repents, stops his evil, does good, then the possibility of mercy will always be there but they need to show that they want it by constantly performing good actions. God is the best of all judges and He knows best.
As you said, it's through works and then God decides for muslims. On the other hand we know it's not by works we can be saved, we only do good works out of gratitude and love for our Lord Jesus the Christ. Peace be with you❤️

Hey man, as a Muslim from India, I think you’re a great kid and are doing good work. My only criticism is the obsession with Islam and the low key jabs at it. I’ve heard it brought up in a rather negative light in a few of your interviews. We don’t really elevate ourselves by putting others down. Some of my closest friends growing up were Assyrian Christians, and asides from theology, I saw the very similar and beautiful values taught in their homes which also resonate with mine. I aknowledge the trauma caused to the Assyrian community by so-called Muslim; but being a Muslim in India, who’s family had to escape during British colonialism, I cannot blame Christianity for the source of our trauma, even when the oppressors tried to justify their actions through their faith. Those were so-called Christians, not real ones in my opinion. Christianity is a beautiful religion that teaches great values when practiced correctly. Let’s not carry the hate and division that destroyed our ancestors lives for more generations. I know we have more in common than we don’t, and if we work together, we can make the world a better place. Try to differentiate between so-called Christians and Christianity. Then, also try to differentiate between so-called Muslims and Islam. Nothing is monolith and each individual can interpret and practice vastly differently. It’s sad that often corrupt people find a way to hold the most power. Just my two cents. Much love. Keep working hard, young bro. You got a bright future. 💪🏼
First of all much love and respect to you! I respect all religions and only use Islam as a comparison to modern day standards. I see people of Islam faith who are true believers, something that western Christians are lacking. We have more in common than we differ and for that we are brothers in this world.
We love you bro, don't take criticism as bad, those are just the concerns that naturally come to mind of people when they get to know the religion. Peace be with you.
I have to say Benny is representing the Lord in the greatest fashion like no other in the UFC he would be like a Christian Connor McGregor that flipped the MMA and peoples heads around...❤ Love for this man God bless you Dariush for what you trying to do
as an atheist i use the suffering card as an example to prove other peoples gods are inexistent. but it is not the same suffering as the ones animals go through to change their genes(survival) but that of the seemingly innocent lives wiped away because of famine or disease where as others who have commited many more "sins" live peacefully on the other side of the ocean... btw big fan of benny
How is that any different? By the same logic, only the fittest will survive a famine or a disease. But we know that is not true, as sometimes babies survive a tornado destroying a house while adults die, and baby animals survive a disease, whereas adult animals don't. There's a Planner, and a Judge, who makes decisions affecting us on top of the decisions we make ourselves. Sometimes His decisions override ours, sometimes He allows ours to override His.
But this life is not eternal. This life is not supposed to be easy. There can’t be good times without suffering. Something can’t exist without its opposite.
@@caiocarugati7432 When you think about it, probability is superfluous because probability is in the eye of the person who thinks something is probable. What one person may think is probable, another may think it impossible. So believing in a definitive Creator is not superfluous; anymore than for a child to believe that his dad will change his mind and not punish him for doing something he was told not to do is not superfluous.
Mesopotamia is the homeland of the Assyrians. The famous royal cities of the Assyrians, Ashur, Nimrud (Kalhu), Arbela, Dur-Sharrukin and Nineveh were built in it. The Assyrians ruled for approximately 1,300 years - from about 2000 B.C. to 612/10 BC - in northern Mesopotamia (now Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey), an ancient landscape between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. A clear reference to the existence of the Assyrians, on the other hand, can already be found in the Old Testament (1st Book of Moses 2:14). There it says: * “… the name of the third river is the Tigris, which flows east of Assyria. The fourth river is the Euphrates..."
Did you know sunni Muslims in Iran are treated like second class citizens yet you want to use the term “Muslim” when describing the situation in Iran. Think that’s unprofessional and misleading
Probably better off in Iran than any other middle eastern country. Maybe syria was the best before ISIS? I know bashar is very favourable to the Assyrian and Christian communities. They love him
"suffering" isn't a word you will find in the scientific processes. Evolution does not concern itself with suffering. Suffering is an emotional interpretation of experiencing loss or pain directly or indirectly by theist and atheists alike. So while Dariush makes it sound like a contradiction, the notion of suffering has nothing to do with evolution. Part of the atheist argument is if there is a god, why inflict suffering on humanity, when he is all powerful, why even choose to have that in the equation? These questions do not have anything to do with evolution nor science. They relate strictly to the pain and suffering humanity inflicts upon itself by omission of good deeds or the commission of bad deeds. Binary arguments such as theist vs atheist or vegan vs carnivore have always been a personal choice. Instead of trying to change people's life choices, ask yourself why you need them to change? What if veganism was made illegal? What if theism was illegal? Live your life how you choose. As long as you don't inflict intentional pain on others, we should all be free to live our lives because guess what? We are all constantly experiencing life on our own terms and with new experiences, we grow and hopefully develop in a sum positive life form on this planet. Let's take what we all agree on and focus on those things instead of focusing on what divides us.
