Continue your outstanding job, care damn about others. This is the (1) easiest (2) best and (3) most green (form environment point) way to cook mutton with Potato and final outcome is tastiest. I often skip the whole garam masala so that mutton smell is there, and sometimes use tejpata.

Why everyone is more focused on her english skills. Here food is more important. Kichu manush achen nijeder khub boro biggyo bhaben. Ekjon south indian jokhon english bolen accent thik thakey? Arabian english accent onno rokom. Australian, Brit, American , Irish era sobai different accent use kore. Mother tongh influence thakbei. However few bongs are smart enough to teach english to britishers!!!

Thanks, after one whistle I reduce the flame and then wait for three more whistles. After 3 whistles turn off the heat and let the pressure go down all by itself. All it takes around 40 mins including wait time. Hope this information help you.

Nice, but you could start it in the cooker body itself then you could add boiling hot water.

Good recipe and no issues with that however what obnoxious accent and diction. What's with Potahto instead of Potato.... How To Pronounce Potato It would be greatly appreciated if you do the same in Bengali even though I know it wouldn't sound like a lady from Bhowanipur or Bagbazaar.

Shyamali di, not just bengalis North Indians, South Indians , Finns, Germans, British, and Americans have eaten this recipe made by me in the same way you have made. They all liked it. I only changed one thing, I pierced the potatoes with a fork all around before frying them. This ia great recipe. Thanks

Hi, do not add too much oil for marination, for 500 gm of mutton add only 3 tbsp oil, and rest pour into your cooking pot & over medium heat, heat it well, you could see the colour is changing from dark to lite, then cook further.... then you donot get the raw smell of mustard oli, try again, hope this time it will turn out perfect :)

Hi, just one query.... When u marinade with mustard oil and then cook the gravy... My experience is that it smells raw mustard oil in the gravy....did u face the same thing?

leena1119 She has used curd. Use of tomato may change the taste more sour. You may use fresh tomato paste after adding khali masala
