I don't think I was ready when I watched it, I'm a recent fan and watching that was terribly heart-breaking. What great talent, he will always be missed.
I'm never gonna get over you leaving so soon Benjamin. He just never sounds the same, so versatile with that voice. I really love this one, it takes me back to the 70s. Atsejam you have some of the best stuff out there!
What a groovy tune with the always impressive Benjamin singing his heart out. Another nice, clean version to convert to mp3. So hooked on B's voice these days especially early stuff!
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Atsejam and everyone else for the absolutely, unfathomably, fantastic and wonderful Benjamin Orr posts. I have had a recent RE-awakening to The Cars and naturally (well, seems only natural to me) glommed right on to B.O. intensely after always having an affinity for his voice. I can't describe the comfort I've felt in discovering that I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE! Thought I was having a mid-life crisis or something, so gratitude (and relief!)

I too tend to focus on his mouth...haven't yet watched the last interview as I'm not ready for that reality despite distinctly recalling exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard of his death.
