Might want to adjust/ modify your drop leg. Mine team very low like yours and it kept making the blaster flop a lot. I was able to shorten the strap and it rides up higher but feels a lot better and does not flop around. Plus, gets it out of the way of the knee pads.
Yeah, I've shortened my strap since this video so it can't be quickly removed from the belt, but it sits much higher on my thigh now so it's more out of the way when I'm moving
I used to run some 18s but the follower springs weren't the best and got stuck a lot. I'm pretty sure I bought the 12 round pmags before the worker 15 round hex mags and 22s were even a thing. The 15 round F10555 pmags were released, but they weren't easy to get your hands on if you didn't understand Chinese. I chose the 12 round pmags mainly because they looked cool, but they are the perfect length for me to use them comfortably with my gear and they can even fit around 14-15 darts. Haven't had any problem with them even after years of throwing them around so I haven't felt the need to replace them yet.
The blue tape is mainly there to mark my mags so people know they're mine and don't accidentally take them. They do add a little extra grip to the mags, but it doesn't really help for reloads. Hope that helps!
You'll need a 16A microswitch for the rev trigger, and a female XT60 connector to connect your battery to the rest of the circuit. If you don't already have them, you'll also need a 3S or 2S lipo depending on what type of motors you got, and a lipo charger. Make sure your battery can handle your motors. There are a few guides that show how you calculate this, or the website that you bought the motors from might have given a recommendation. For more performance, getting a new flywheel cage and a new pair of flywheels will help get the most out of your new motors. I recommend checking blastertech as that's where I pretty much buy everything for my mods.
You'll still need a 16A microswitch and female XT60 connector to finish the wiring. You'll also need a proper lipo and charger to power your blaster if you don't already own them. The replacement flywheel cage and flywheels are necessary to complete the mod, but I highly recommend you replace the stock ones to get the most out of the new motors. You won't see much of an increase in performance with the stock wheels.
