Biggest mistake kiwis ever made. When benji was at the helm of kiwi caplaincy , the team was a well oiled machine. In 2013 shawn Johnson showed he can't handle pressure, in 2017 the kiwis were never in sync because whenever shawn Johnson cracks, roger has to pick up the pieces and by then the damage was already done. The reason why the kangaroos are unbeatable is because they keep the old vets around to mentor the next generation on how to control the game so WHEN the vets leave the transition in guidance will not only transfer over to the young players but it will instill confidence. As a kangaroos supporter through and through I'm believe the kiwis management was a DISGRACE. you pay no attention to the players, throw the good players under the bus and some other guy to fill the void only for him to wanna leave.
I honestly think this has less to do with skill and more to do with motivation. Benji can still turn it on as good as ever, he just doesn't have the same love for the game as he did a couple of years back.
Yeah he can't Handle leading a team but he should be in good form during world cup im A kiwi and beau is too funny it was funnier when I watched it live I love Benji and beau because I'm a tigers fan and Robbie is in great form too but Benji wouldn't get upset about wat Benji said because their besties too bad 4 beau no more westy

Kearney found out his captain was doing drugs and acted accordingly, decided against going public so he could continue his on/off field career. Also why he never played for Kearney or kidwell again. Benji got clean but could never play as well. I didnt buy the media front he put up here. just my opinion.
