Here is Part 2 of Bennett Brook Railway's Diesels, where we cover Ashley; the Friends of Ashley Day in September 2012 and 2013; and finish with Wyndham. In our final chapter, Part 3, we will look at Maylands and Rosalie. (Maylands will be condensed, as I already have a video of it on my Channel, but will feature it for continuity.) Once again, please make comments to fill the my gaps in my, and our, knowledge. Terry.

A long time ago, the trains were named after characters from Thomas and Friends, but years later, due to some sort of copyright issue, they had to become more creative. and make up new names

Great video terry keep up the great work! ^w^ Just wondering will you be covering more stuff on Maylands as he is not a diesel locomotive?

Thanks Sebastian; I have a few thoughts for Maylands. I have also unofficially proclaimed him an "Honorary Diesel" even though he has a Holden petrol engine, so I can feature him with the other internal combustion locos. I will make mention of this in the next video.

It is hoped that Fremantle will be back for the next steam season. I haven't heard any news about Wyndham, and sadly, I have no footage at all before 2010, when I bought my first HD camcorder, apart from some very short, grainy footage from 2015, which I included in the NG15-123 Fremantle video. Thank you so much for your interest. If I come across footage that I can use with the permission of the owners, I will post it for everyone. Rosalie is said to be getting some last minute adjustments before returning to service, and I believe Maylands is operational. Cheers, Terry.

Pity that "Ashley" doesn't have connecting rods and steam cylinders to make it look a little more steam like. Watching them rotating is half the fun of steam.
