I had a lot of people when I tried to doing a channel myself. It was at Cowpens. I suggest you do the Country Doctors Muesum, it is down the road. It to the best of my knowledge has never been done. Lots of old MD treatments there. It is in Middlesex, NC. That was a cool house I suppose. Usually they are in the ground or I have seen water running through them to keep things cool.
@@VATravels Another suggestion, while you are in the area. In Rocky Mount, there is the Stonewall Manor or house. It was built about 1830/40. If memory serves me correctly, it was owned by the people who built the cotton mill there, not a plantation.
