Glory be to God! Ask you shall receive. You don't have because you didn't ask. That's what Jesus said. Ask for understanding, the Word of God first. That is seek His kingdom and His righteousness first. From another angle to see how important every Word of God is, is when we ask Him, we are chosing Him, yielding to Him. Instead of letting the darkness entities bombarding us with demonic thoughts 24/7. Besides, our part is receiving part. We can't change ourselves or anybody else. But when we invite, allow Him to come in and teach us, He can come in and change us. We let Him increase in us, and I, myself will decrease automatically. Praise the Lord! Great teaching in the Lord! I Love Benny and support him. Pastor Benny has the best teaching on angels out of anyone else I’ve ever heard. But, I believe angels are absolutely capable of having emotions. What do you call “pride?” If they didn’t feel any emotion, Lucifer would not have been able to feel superior and want to be like God, and he wouldn’t have been able to convince a third of the angels to fall with him. They felt emotion, and they had their own will. Those fallen angels had to have felt rebellion and felt their own selfish wishes in order to join Lucifer. And what about the verse that tells us not to anger the angels, “because they won’t pardon our transgression?” What is anger? Anger is definitely an emotion, isn’t it? Now everything else Pastor Hinn explains is still absolutely true. But I don’t think that one statement was correct. Like I said, Benny’s teaching on angels is the most Biblically sound, most educational and complete teaching on the subject of angels I’ve ever heard. ((Also, Pastor Benny’s revelation of the “Pre-Adamic” events completely answered a question regarding an issue I was confused about for years. I always believed all of the Bible. But there was always one question I had about scientific carbon dating, and the creation of Adam and Eve. That theory that Pastor Benny taught on showed me IN SCRIPTURE how the Bible explains scientific history, and how science completely supports the Biblical accounts. It was truly life changing!)) In closing, obviously, my thoughts on angels having emotions are just that, my own thoughts. And, I am open to other thoughts & opinions on the subject. Between you and Robin Bullock I am learning absolutely so much! So so much! Which is never talked about in the church! I’m so amazed! I listen to these messages day and night!!! You were just saying how it offends you deeply when you hear someone, In ending their prayer, they say!! (IN CHRIST) Another thing that bothers me is that when pastors and leaders, after they have prayed… And ending their prayer in… (iN “HIS” NAME ) To me, that is such a shame, literally, to deny the name of Jesus, as they have prayed! It’s as though they changed another one other methods, more into the ways of the world! It’s also such a shame to see the churches how bad they’ve gone down! And so many people are going along with it! I’m just praying and believing that God will do a mighty work in the church with his glory pouring down!!!! For it’s In The NAmE of “JESUS” that brings forth the power!! I Can’t understand why anyone and especially a minister Would avoid the Name Of JESUS in their prayers !!! I have a question: if angels are not person's implying they don't have a soul, How is Satan able to think of rising above God's throne and how was he able to convince and mobilise one third of angels in heaven to war against God
Hi Segun. I would say that angels as well as humans are all created to have a free will. Satan had his own free will and so does the angels - even the spirits that belonged to people on earth, who is now dead, has a free will to continue in heaven. But if you have used your own free will to go to hell, it is a "point of no return". Does that make sense? Blessings, Daniel
