He came pretty close to submitting Dustin in the very first round but didn't have enough force to choke him out. He was gassed and knew he couldn't finish Dustin on the ground so he decided to desperately finish the fight standing, this was suicide for sure given he likes to block punches with his face lol

Benoit Is still a high level fighter regardless of him losing to To Dustin, that will be a good rematch. Because Dustin still doesn't have it to get that belt. He's gonna get be. At I'm not saying because I don't like Dustin or do like Dustin. But the person he's gonna rip him up. Sorry, but not saying he's not that good anymore but. Things change people get higher levels and Dustin is a good fighter. But we don't see him getting that belt back at this time. Im very confident that he will never be a champion. His stand up defense is atrocious, and you simply cannot have a hole that big without it being exposed at the top level. With that being said I love watching the guy fight and am a huge fan of the excitement he brings. I'd love to be wrong on this one.

So he had the biggest opportunity of his mma career and he lost by KO , then he boldly talks about Arman, who is the number one contender, and talks about Islam, who has seven fights since 2021, and the eighth fight is next month, while BSD when he joined the UFC in 2021 he had 7 fights in UFC octagon, most of them with cans of tomatoes, and says makhachev is not the most active champion lol , He is more active than you, and he faces even higher competition than yours.

Furthermore, Hooker has way better takedown defense rate (80%, compared to Dustin's 60%), better takedowns, better submissions (not just a sloppy guillotine he will never get),...
